What an amazing hotel and experience! Right from the get-go, the reception staff were so friendly and helpful. Our room was very spacious and was a very pleasant surprise considering Paris rooms are normally so small. Beds were very comfortable and we so appreciated the complimentary mini bar. To add to our wonderful stay the complimentary afternoon refreshments from 2pm until late was great. Donuts, pastries, muesli bars, chocolates, crackers, fruit etc plus some of the best coffee we had in Paris. If you book with Astotel you are welcome in any of their hotels in Paris on your travels to stop for free bottles of water, refreshments and a toilet stop. Honestly we were so pleased we booked here. We will book them again when we return in the future.

Very good location, even though the metro station was close to the hotel, we walked every day to The Louvre museum. The buildings around were really nice, just like the movies and the neighborhood was lively. The idea of the complimentary drinks and little snacks made the stay even more welcoming as we could stop by at any Astotel Group hotel and refill our energy for a fresh start.

Location was great and we were lucky to have a spacious room. Staff were lovely and room was clean. Pleasantly surprised especially with the snacks available in the afternoon, it was a nice touch especially when travelling with small children.

Yummy breakfast and free snacks in the lobby and free drinks for the mini bar! Staff were friendly and helpful. Big rooms and big beds! Nice view of the street from the window, and loved how the window opened to look out and let in fresh air!

Good central location, close to metro and bus stops. only had dealings with the day staff and they where so genuine and friendly, gave so much help and advice. the mini bar being free and the snacks in reception area after 2 is such a nice little touch plus offered bottles of water as we left each day. can also go to any of the other hotels in the area under the same owners to use the facilities. Great value for money and would return for sure

Kind and helpful staff, comfortable room, access to other hotels from the same group, free croissants and beverages throughout the day and free minibar. Also the location is wonderful! Nice environment, close to many resturants, markets, boulangeries and useful Metro lines.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I love the idea of free soft drinks in the lobby and in your room and each afternoon they put out snacks, the free soft drinks were very useful when we stayed as it was very hot weather. We were very appreciative of help when we asked for directions to the nearest metro station. Overall a great place to stay.

the room is ok but my daughter said it was a little dusty cause she was attacked by her allergies. Breakfast and location is very good. Snack is served for free from 2:00pm to 12:00mn and you can also have your snack to any of their Astotel Hotel in Paris. Drinks in the fridge inside the room are consumables for free. The room given to us has a balcony and you can have a very nice picture with a little bit of Paris on the background.

The location was excellent. Close to.restaurants, supermarket, and attractions are a walk.away. The staff very courteous, helpful and friendly..Breakfast was a wide selection to choose from. The afternoon tea and snacks were appreciated.
